ANM and GNM Courses
- As per Merit List on the basis of written test & counselling conducted by the Institute.
- Criteria for admission is strictly as per guidelines of INC, New Delhi; Bihar Nursing Registration Council and Directorate, Health Services, Govt. of Bihar.
Eligibility for Admission in ANM
- • Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) Course is the 2 year certificate program.
- • Higher Secondary /Intermediate pass from any recognized board.
- • The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on before 31st December of the year of admission & Maximum age for admission 35 years
Eligibility for Admission in GNM
- • General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) Course is a 3 year certificate program.
- • 10+2 with minimum 40% marks in aggregate.
- • The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on before 31st December of the year of admission & Maximum age for admission 35 years
B. Sc. Nursing and Post Basic B. Sc. Nursing Courses
- • As per the Joint Entrance Test & Counselling conducted by the affiliating university, Bihar University Of Health Sciences, Patna.
- • Students willing to take admission has to give option of this institute at the time of counselling for taking admission.
Eligibility for Admission in B. Sc. Nursing
- • B. Sc. Nursing Course is a 4 year program.
- • Minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
- • 10+2 class passed with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks from recognized board
Eligibility for Admission in Post Basic B. Sc. Nursing
- • Post Basic B. Sc. Nursing Course is a 2 year program.
- • Pass in GNM after 10+2 or equivalent examination preferably with Science subjects.
- • Candidate should be a Registered Nurse & Registered Midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.
Following documents are required at the time of admission:
- Proof of date of birth (Secondary School Certificate)
- Certificate and mark sheet of 10+2 or equivalent examination
- School Leaving Certificate (SLC) / Migration Certificate
- Aadhar Card of the student
- Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC) from competent authority
- Four coloured passport size photographs
